Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power.
