Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
