As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 24 terminations found in the file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
