As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator.
