As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
