SI5395P-A-GM Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There are 64 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. Synthesi312.5MHzing a clock output frequency of 312.5MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
