Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
