In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
