This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Clock PLL synthesi200MHzes a high-quality 200MHz clock output frequency. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
