As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. In this clock generator, CMOS is used as the input to the clock. 7GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.3V for this clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 2.7V. There are 2.7V~3.3V available for use with this clock PLL. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
