Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
