SI5335D-B07574-GMR Overview

As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
