ADF4153BCP Overview


Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS. There is a maximum frequency of 4GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~3.3V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with Clock logic levels. This electronic component is usually classified as a Fractional N Synthesizer (RF) component. The clock-generating IC is a 20-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors.
