In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V.
