SI5340B-D-GMR Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. The RF synthesizer features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
