As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
