A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator.
