As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
