This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 64 terminations found in the file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 1028MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
