Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V.
