This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C.
