This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
