This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's.
