As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
