SI5380A-B-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 1.47GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.47V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. A frequency synthesizer with IT ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
