Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
