The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous.
