The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
