Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
