The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
