As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V.
