This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
