ZL30253LDG1 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. In the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CML, CMOS, Crystal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.035GHz is available. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 1.71V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, CMOS logic. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. The operating temperature should be lower than 85°C.
