This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
