The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
