As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
