The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
