In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
