Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
