It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
