In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer.
