The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
