This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
