This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
