This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Clock generators can take up to 1.89V of power as a maximum supply voltageThis time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
