The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
