A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 1028MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
