As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 350MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as there are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
