The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
