The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 44 terminations found in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation.
