As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
